Bill has a long history in the automotive industry from being a service writer, to dealership service manager, to shop owner. Bill’s shop was chosen by Robert Bosch USA to be one of a handful of independent shops nationally to be certified by Bosch as an authorized service center. This afforded him the ability to keep his technicians trained and equipment up to date. (sound familiar?) In ‘97, Bill became fascinated with the possibilities of the then fledgling Internet and sold his business to create cPrax.
